Online Banking

We offer Online Banking as a free service to all our members. With Online Banking, you have access to your accounts 24/7, with features that allow you to check account balances, review transaction history, transfer funds, pay bills, and so much more.

Bill Pay

Paying bills is never fun, but we’ve at least made it easier for you. With our Bill Pay service, you can make payments from your Carpenters Checking Account through Online Banking. You can even schedule recurring payments, so you can set it and forget it and never make a late payment again.

When you sign up for Bill Pay, there is a $4.95 monthly fee.  If 4 or more bills are paid monthly, then the $4.95 fee is waived.


Mobile App

Bank from anywhere you are using your smartphone. Our Carpenters Mobile App is free, simple to use and completely secure. Download our mobile application to your Android Smartphone or iPhone by searching Carpenters Credit Union or by clicking the links below. *Please note: your service provider’s standard texting rates will likely apply.

  • Existing mobile app users – once you upgrade our app you will be asked to enter your login ID, security question, and password for the initial setup.
  • New Mobile Banking users – please make sure to enroll in our Online Banking to access your accounts through Mobile Banking.

Mobile Deposit

Can’t make it into a branch during business hours? No worries! Now you can deposit checks from your smartphone. With our Mobile App, you can use Mobile Deposit to snap a picture of your check and deposit it to your Carpenters account in minutes. 

Make sure to hold onto the check for several days. We still need to process the check and may contact you for additional information.

Text (SMS) Banking

With this feature, you can receive text messages (data charges may apply) for deposit, balance, and withdrawals alerts.*

How to Sign Up:

After accessing your home banking account, go to the “Self Service Tab.” You will have a new link that says “Mobile Banking.” After clicking that link, you will see two links, one for “Web Mobile Settings” and one for “Text Mobile Settings.” Follow the instructions on the page(s) to enable yourself for Mobile Banking. Protecting yourself and your money is just as important to you as it is to us. That’s why we are encouraging all our members to switch from paper statements to eStatements. They’re safe, convenient and good for the environment.

Receive your monthly/quarterly member account statement through our secured eStatements site.  By using this service, you are reducing the chance of someone getting your personal account information.  One of the most common methods used in Identity Theft is “dumpster diving” and “mailbox surfing”.

To get signed up for eStatements, please log in to Online Banking or sign up if you don’t have an account. Once logged in, click on the Self Service tab and click on eStatements and agree to the terms and your statements will be available to view through Online Banking.
